**About the position**:
This multitasking role will suit someone who can provide accurate, timely and quality assurance support to all matters relating to tauira enrolment, attendance, results and graduation. If you are dedicated to providing excellent customer service, and are friendly with a positive outlook, then this is a great opportunity to be part of our team. Excellent communication skills, extensive keyboard data entry and administration skills are prerequisites for this busy role.

**About you**:
You will have;
- Certificate in computing and / or business administration (Level 4)
- Full NZ Driver Licence
- Proven (3 - 5 years) experience in academic administration and/or customer service
- Proven experience with student management systems
- Proven experience in relationship management
- Knowledge of Te Reo and Tikanga Māori would be an advantage
