Be the change catalyst Our client is on the lookout for a passionate Change Manager ready to shape the future of their customer loyalty and engagement programme

**What our client can offer**:
This is your opportunity to demonstrate your Change Management expertise to a significant programme that aims to improve customer engagement and loyalty and will reshape how our client interacts with their consumer base on a day to day basis.

While our client is located in Christchurch, you will work in Auckland in an established PMO environment, and amongst other experienced Change Managers, Project Managers and Business Analysts. Enjoy a competitive daily rate and a flexible modern work environment.

**What you will do**:
Your contribution will include providing end-to-end change management services, including but not limited to the assessment of business impacts and the plan, development, and execution of change management and

communication activities to support impacted stakeholders. Key responsibilities will be facilitating, and supporting project stakeholder and business leaders, providing change leadership, ensuring sufficient engagement and involvement, enabling informed decision-making within a practical structure. You will also ensure all change strategies, plans and activities are aligned with the ePMO Change Practice Change Framework and that framework artefacts and guidelines are applied.

**Skills and experience we are looking for**:

- Relevant tertiary qualification in the areas of business management, organisational change or similar and/or change management practitioner certification (Prosci, PCI or equivalent).
- A minimum of 7 years’ experience in change management roles in significant business change programmes in large organisations.
- Previous experience should include a cross-section of business change including technology enabled change, organisational change, and cultural change.
- Experience in various change and project management methodologies including supporting change within an Agile and/or hybrid delivery model.
- Experience in developing and executing effective change and communication strategies and plans, which connect the dots for stakeholders.
