At Kiwibank we’re currently scaling our Transformation Team so we can shape and deliver a new generation of banking services for our customers. As part of this, we're looking for a new Senior Business Transformation Lead to join us.

In this role you’ll report to the GM of Transformation - Data Services and will be a part of the Data Services program leadership team. You’ll hold significant responsibility for some of our key outcomes and will have the opportunity to shape the evolution of an important part of the banking services Kiwibank offers.

As Senior Business Transformation Lead, your focus will be supporting the Data Services program, working to uplift data capability across Kiwibank and specifically focusing on aspects including the management of financial risk, credit risk calculations, and the model calculations that support treasury and risk finance functions.

Day-to-day you will work with business and technology partners to co-design and deliver the transformation roadmap. You’ll also act as the voice of the customer to make sure that the roadmap outcomes deliver on our goal of making Kiwi better off. As a person you will be both deeply collaborative and comfortable acting in a leadership role within a cross-functional team

- Demonstrated experience in influencing for performance and results, with proven stakeholder management skills.
- Leading business transformation and capability uplift for aspects of a large-scale data transformation programme.
- Collaborating with senior leadership to create the overall strategy and roadmap for enterprise data transformation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Strong project delivery, process improvement and risk management skills, with proven experience in agile practices.
- Experience in leading cross-functional delivery teams.
- Understanding of data governance frameworks, regulatory compliance, and industry best practices.
- Understanding and awareness of financial models within the context of treasury, finance, or risk.

**Optional skills (nice to have)**:

- Financial product knowledge and experience working in a regulated environment.
- Familiarity with data architecture, data platforms, cloud technologies, and data integration techniques.
- Experience with quality assurance and UAT activities.
