We are seeking highly motivated Auto Accessory Fitters to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for the below duties.
- Welcome customers warmly and assist with scheduling appointments or inquiries for repair accessory instalments, car wash, and grooming services.
- Provide basic customer service by answering questions and directing inquiries to the appropriate staff member.
- Assist with accessory instalment tasks such as installing batteries, sunroofs, stereos, alarms, and other accessories, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Help with car wash and grooming tasks, such as cleaning vehicle exteriors and interiors, vacuuming, and polishing.
- Support customers by explaining basic procedures for installing accessories and detailing services.
- Keep the reception area and workspace tidy and organized.
- Assist in sorting stock inventory to ensure availability of accessories and grooming products for customer needs.
- Ensure customer safety and satisfaction during car wash and grooming services.
- Follow proper procedures during accessory installment to ensure quality and longevity.
- Provide guidance and assistance to customers as needed throughout the service process.
- An eye for detail a hard-working attitude, and being physically fit.
- Be able to work on weekends.
