Curtain Fitter

Cloverville provides its clients with high-standard and customised curtains and blinds services. Our busy team is looking for a curtain fitter.

**What you must have for this role**:

- Minimum of three months of work experience in curtain fitting and installation
- Must have knowledge of various curtain and blind materials and installation techniques
- Must be able to understand blueprints and diagrams
- Being sensitive to colours and patterns
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- High attention to detail
- Drug-free
- Health and safety conscious
- Being reliable with good work ethics
- Being able to work at weekends if required
- Self-motived and can work independently without supervision

**We will be responsible for**:

- Visiting work sites to plan and determine the materials and installation requirements
- Preparing installation plan, drafts and diagrams
- Taking precise measurements of the windows and frames for curtains, blinds, poles and tracks
- Measuring and cutting covering materials
- Using appropriate tools and drilling holes for screws and bolts
- Installing curtain tracks, poles, curtains, blinds, shades, drapes, window dressings and associated accessories in clients’ properties
- Testing and ensuring window treatments are properly functioning and aesthetically pleasing
- Customising solutions according to specific needs and preferences
- Travelling to different job sites to install window treatments
