We are looking for an
experienced Administrator/ Coordinator to join the Complex Clinical Care
Network (CCCN) Team at Te Whatu Ora [Health NZ] Te Tai o Poutini West
Coast.
This role is 24 hours per
week, with the ability to flex to other days of the week for sick leave and or
annual leave as available for the Administration/Coordinator Team. Reporting to
the Complex Clinical Care Network Manager your role will be to provide
efficient coordination and administration support to the Complex Clinical Care
Network team and clients.
Your warm, friendly
approach and excellent interpersonal skills will shine through, as will your
organisational skills and ability to be discreet with the information you work
with. You will interact with a range of people so your ability to be sensitive
to cultural issues will be highly valued in this environment.
Our ideal applicant will
be an experienced administrator and have worked in a complex organisation. You
will need to be confident on the computer ideally with sound knowledge of Word
and Excel, as well as have accurate and efficient keyboard skills.

all-round team player that is not afraid to pitch in and help out in other

experience
Essential
- Experience as an administrator in a complex organisation 1 year
- Accurate, competent computer skills including programme microsoft

office suite NCEA level 3
- Client focused approach
- Proven ability to work in a team and individually
- Ability to effectively organise, update and disseminate
information
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbal and
written
- Good time management being able to prioritise work to achieve
objectives
- Demonstrate a commitment to developing an understanding of the
Treaty of Waitangi, Maori and other cultural issues as related to Older
Person's Health
- Demonstrate a professional attitude including self and team careDesirable
- Experience in the field of health, including community health services.
- Experience with the patient management system and health connect south.
- Experience in a team environment.
