**Your new role**

Lead a team of highly skilled welders, fabricators & apprentices with the opportunity to cover an extensive range of modern steel fabrication on high profile projects. Build upon your welding experience and set an example for those looking to pursue a career in your industry.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Experience in structural steel or light metal welding & fabrication is essential
- Strong ability to interpret plans/drawings
- AS/NZS 2214 Welding Supervisor ticket or equivalent
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to complete tasks under pressure
