**Job Description**:
A rare opportunity has recently become available for an **Associate Director **level **Valuation professional** to join our market-leading Valuation & Advisory Services team in our world-class, award-winning** Auckland CBD** office.

Reporting to the National Director, the Associate Director will provide Valuation and consultancy advice, and support the National Director to assist in leading the business in line with regional and national objectives. Also, the Associate Director will develop procedures and systems in conjunction with the National Director and ensures the achievement of the individual revenue budget.

- Assess current market values and properties
- Extract data and evidence for analysis
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients
- Assist with the implementation and continuous improvement of systems, processes and initiatives
- Assist the National Director to drive employee engagement and ensure retention of top talent.

**Qualifications**:

- Current member of the NZIV and an NZ Registered Valuer with at least 5 years of experience
- Prior experience leading a high performing team
- Industry knowledge of relevant property markets
- IT and Microsoft Office skills
