**The Consultant role**:
As a Data and Technology Consultant, you’ll play a key senior role in the Marketing Operations team FCB Six, which operates within FCB Aotearoa and the wider agency.

This role provides leadership and consultancy to both clients and internal teams to understand their requirements for Marketing Operations development that will support their business goals and ensure they are set up for a future facing approach to customer-centric, data-driven experiences.

Internal stakeholder and team management is a crucial part of the role and scaling the offering. As a leader on a growing team, you will help drive the development of the Marketing Operations discipline at FCB and how we work as part of the integrated agency to support our clients.

**You will have**:

- Knowledge and command of data strategy, channels, analytics, platform implementation and marketing science.
- Understanding of data, including Microsoft Excel & SQL.
- The ability to innovate thinking in line with changing contexts and evolving client opportunities. Additionally you’ll possess the ability to explain complexity in a simple language.
- Innovative thinking, in line with changing contexts and evolving client opportunities.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and approach to help usher the MOPs discipline into a scalable, profitable and industry leading offering.
- The ability to trouble-shoot and find creative solutions for challenges.
- Strong project management skills and experience leading and delivering projects across a diverse team.
- Strong interpersonal skills and confidence to manage client and stakeholder relationships.
- A basic understanding of HTML would be beneficial in this role.
