**Job Description**:
This rare hybrid part-time opportunity (3 days per week) exists for an experienced Sales Account Manager with a technical background to join our Sales and Education team. In this customer focused role, you will work in-field as the technical specialist, managing sales service-related matters with a strong focus on pioneering new business growth. You will be responsible for delivering education and performing product demonstrations, creating the ultimate customer experience within the South Island Market.

Reporting to the National Sales Manager, the responsibilities of the role include, but not limited to:

- Establish and maintain long-term customer relationships and drive new business
- Identify potential clients and recommend sales strategies to improve profitability
- Identify key sales and penetration opportunities
- Manage sales pipeline for horizontal and vertical growth
- Deliver professional education and demonstrations with a major focus on colour education
- Complete installation programs for new clients
- Participate and represent Haircare at trade, industry and launch events

**Qualifications**:

- Strong experience with face to face/on-line customer service
- Demonstrated experience within a similar role, territory planning to achieve KPI budgets and targets
- Proven selling skills with the ability to drive sales and deliver outstanding customer experience
- Excellent communication, consulting, interpersonal and influencing skills combined with the ability to develop trusted relationships at all levels to
- Previous hairdressing experience, combined with a passion for sharing knowledge and education

- Self-motivated and driven; a fast learner with a calm & positive influence
- A highly motivated individual who enjoys working towards KPI’s and shared team goals
