**Key Responsibilities**:

- Managing day to day operations ensuring consistent and accurate processing of client/customer orders, the timely receipt of inbound inventory and adherence to internal operation management systems
- Become the first point of escalation for clients and management alike
- Developing, reviewing and consistently meeting and exceeding the clients KPIs & SLA’s
- Effectively manage team performance to a high standard.
- Reconciliation of client inventory and proficiency with investigations
- Promote learning and staff development within the team.
- Proactively discuss and understand client activity requirements and plan labour resources accordingly.
- Actively participate in developing and maintaining a positive site culture alongside colleagues.
- Team player with a “can do” attitude.
- Ability to get on with people from all walks of life.
- Currently hold both a hoist and reach license, preferable but not essential.
- Excellent attention to detail and command of the English language.
- Have excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Exceptional experience with using warehouse management systems, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Intermediate level or above.
- Keen work ethic and the desire to develop your team.
- Full NZ Driver License preferred.
- Exceptional customer focus and can develop great relationships with our client.
