We have an exciting opportunity to join us in a Fixed Term Full Time capacity (ending December 2024)

As a Property Coordinator, you will play a vital role in providing coordination support and assistance to our esteemed team, including the Head of Strategic Optimisation, Head of Development, Head of Property Transactions, and Head of Property Portfolio. You'll be responsible for property research and review, maintaining property information databases, property management administration, stakeholder engagement, and contributing to key projects.

Day-to-day you could expect to work on:

- Assist in the regular review of Auckland Council’s property asset base and the Eke Panuku managed portfolio.
- Assist with contract administration of development agreements.
- Conduct research, investigation, and reporting on land dealings.
- Keep Earthquake Prone Buildings and Asbestos Registers up to date.
- Support the property teams.

This role requires experience in similar roles, with a sound understanding of property management.

We will be looking for specific experience with:

- Relevant tertiary diploma qualification related property, planning or legal.
- Minimum three years’ experience in property, law or valuation.
- Competent in Excel, Word and PowerPoint and other related software systems
- Ability to use internet information systems (e.g. Land Online) and GIS/mapping systems
