We are looking for a **Greenstar P**roject Administrator** to join us in our **Christchurch based Team.**

As the **Greenstar P**roject Administrator, **you'll be working alongside the Project Director and Project Manager making you the backbone of our site management team, ensuring smooth operations and boosting productivity. While playing a key role in supporting the **Greenstar** objectives on a large complex project.

Your support services will be vital in keeping things running seamlessly. This role offers a chance to be at the heart of a project that's set to become a landmark in** Christchurch.**

**Key responsibilities include**:

- _ Coordinating resources, equipment, meetings, events/functions and information_
- _ Supporting and driving the Greenstar administrative tasks, and initiatives onsite._
- _ Organising, attending and participating in meetings, organising actions and updates_
- _ Documentation; reports, purchase orders, minutes, letters, notices, rosters_
- _ Assisting with running of the office from IT matters to office facilities_
- _ Supporting the team, consultants and subcontractors to contribute to the successful delivery of the project_

**About You**:

- To thrive in this role, you will bring:_
- _ A proactive and detail-oriented approach, with 5+ years in senior or complex administration roles and experience in the construction or related industries._
- _ Strong communication and organisational skills, with expertise in document formatting, reporting, and proficiency in Word and Excel._
- _ A collaborative and adaptable mindset, able to manage multiple priorities and support seamless project operations in a dynamic environment._

**Qualifications, Skills and Experience**
We are looking for someone with:

- _ 5+ years in a senior or complex administration role_
- _ Greenstar experience on a commercial construction project_
- _ Experience in the construction or a related industry preferred but not essential_
- _ Demonstrated expertise in document formatting and reporting using Word and Excel_
- _ Exceptional communication skills coupled with initiative and practicality_
- _ Detail-oriented and collaborative team player with strong multitasking abilities_
- _ Effective communication and organisational skills with a focus on problem-solving and relationship-building_
