We are looking for a highly experienced Manager who will ensure the smooth running of our 107 Bed, Bishop Selwyn Village in Christchurch - set in in a tranquil garden and well-established in the community with a fabulous reputation for its care. It offers a mixture of villas, studios and a range of care levels in our rest home and hospital. Well situated, within a short distance of the city and local malls.
About the role:

- Provide strong leadership to a diverse team
- Ensure all operational objectives are met
- Build and maintain internal and external relationships
- Support and uphold relationships with key partners and stakeholders
- Ensure all policies, procedures and contractual requirements are met to ensure the highest standards
- Identify and manage risk and enable a safety conscious culture

About you:

- Warm, nurturing leader with a track record of inspiring, mentoring, and motivating staff
- Strong community focus
- Extensive experience leading a team at management level to achieve results
- Excellent results leading previous Certification audits
