Bridgestone New Zealand Ltd is part of the global Bridgestone Corporation, the world's largest tyre and rubber Company. The Company operates both Bridgestone and Firestone branded stores.

Due to the expansion of our commercial store operations, we have created a new position for a Regional Manager based in Rotorua, responsible for five stores in the Bay of Plenty area as well as a regional sales representative.

This is a dynamic, hands-on role which requires a mature, experienced manager to lead staff, grow the business and maintain excellent relationships with our valued customers.

A sound knowledge of the New Zealand commercial tyre industry would be preferred, but other relevant operational management experience will be considered.

The successful applicant will be self-starting and motivated and also possess good people, communication, business management, and administration skills. You must have the ability to lead multiple sites that cover both in-store operations and on-road truck servicing.

A strong health and safety focus and strict adherence to work policies and quality systems are essential as well as the ability to develop your people into a cohesive and high performing regional team.

The role carries a competitive salary, medical insurance and company vehicle, as well as other benefits.
