**_About the role:_**
As the Precision Technology Lead you will provide leadership and direction for focused Agricultural technology product sales and support in the Brandt AOR. The Precision Technology Lead is accountable for universal precision wholegood sales, technology optimization and assisting with growing Brandt's Precision Technology business strategy.
- Responsibilities include but not limited to:_
- Achieving sales growth and profitability throughout the assigned Territory
- Assisting in achieving asset management goals of turn and aging as well as protection of company assets. Including new and used precision wholegoods inventory.
- Provide assistance and guidance for, forecasting the right mix of inventory to achieve sales goals in the assigned Territory.
- Provide continuous input of standard machine technology specifications.
- Assist in the management and development of the Precision Technology Specialists with the goal of building a motivated and successful workforce focused on long term success for the company and customers.
- Provide feedback and input into future opportunities and competitive pressures.
- Assisting with recruitment, training, development, and management the Precision Technology Specialist and other Brandt employees which may include Corporate Product Managers and Territory Managers
- Establish and maintain good public relations with communities, civic, political and industry personnel.
- Attendance at Industry events, active participation and promotion of all Divisions of Brandt during the event and presence at all physical operating locations within the prescribed AOR of Brandt.

- Outstanding communication and leadership skills.
- Passion for technology related solutions and ability to adapt to fast-changing environments.
- Proven proficiency in sales, delivering customer solutions and providing exceptional customer service.
- Demonstrated Knowledge of John Deere Operation Center and precision ag products
- Ability to effectively influence and collaborate with all stakeholders.
- Previous experience in the agricultural industry would be an advantage.
