This role will be part of our highly successful and growing Engineering department, to help deliver great software to our global customers by maintaining quality of our SaaS products.

In this role you will lead and own initiative work for your tribe, mentor QAs and contribute to strategy, plus continuously improving QA Team process to deliver lighter, faster, more accessible and whole-of-life-focussed QA. Your main goal will be ensuring our clients get the best experience possible when using ezyVet.

But what is ezyVet you ask? ezyVet is a cloud based Veterinary Practice Management Software. We provide easy to use Software that helps veterinary practices save time, increase revenue, communicate better with clients and reduce workload stress. We are a premium software product and part of IDEXX’s Veterinary offerings.

**A bit more about the role, you will**:
Build & execute test approaches and tests that are well crafted and fit for purpose.

Participate in team ceremonies (e.g. sprint planning, stand-ups, retro, reviews, design workshops, walkthroughs etc.) and guide/coach good Agile practice where necessary.

Provide accurate test estimations and contribute meaningful Acceptance Criteria.

Influence and assist in the adoption of IDEXX’s QA principles, QA practices, QA standards and behaviours across your Tribe.

Interact and support test-automation with clearly documented regression tests that will be effective over the long term.

Coach and support less experienced QA Engineers to improve and revise through constant feedback.

Interact with your tribe and squad to determine quality parameters and boundaries based on customer outcome.

Identify and enable test standards, methods and relevant tools to ensure test coverage that meets desired customer outcomes.

Identify risks and the appropriate mitigation in all quality-related activities.

Contribute ideas, initiatives and process improvements where the opportunity presents, and where practical, design solutions and own the outcome.
