**The Role**

We're looking for a Head of Quality Assurance, a significant leadership role trusted with ensuring the highest quality standards of our products and facilities for our customers and patients.

You will play a role key in continuing our 'Reimagining Quality' transformation journey, to strengthen our competitive advantage, by enhancing our quality systems and processes, integrating new technologies and building new capabilities.

You'll be responsible for providing coaching and leadership to the Quality Assurance teams, collaborating across the organisation to put quality at the heart of what we do, and managing relationships with health authorities and customers.

**You will have/be**

- A **QA EXPERT** with 15 + years' experience in a pharmaceutical or regulated industry. You need to deeply understand quality and compliance (including GMP), and ideally have experience working with the US FDA.
- A **CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT** mindset bringing strategic and critical thinking skills to reimagine quality processes and deliver world class outcomes for our customers and patients.
- A **DIGITAL** **FOCUS** and experience in digital quality systems and solutions.
