A fantastic opportunity has become available at Henry Schein One, for the position of Training Consultant, a great opportunity to create real value for our company.

Our solutions include specialised dental software, integrated solutions and business coaching services. We help dentists remove the barriers around dental care, allowing for efficient practice management and improved oral health outcomes for as many patients as possible.

This opportunity will be based in
**Auckland**
**. **You will have the opportunity to train our customers in the use of our software products either remotely or within their working environment. You will provide training so that our client can make the best use of our software, and maximize its full capability. Because this face-to-face training is regularly done onsite at the customers practice, flexibility and availability to travel regularly is a requirement of this role. You will also be required to learn all new and existing software products as they become available, and facilitate training either remotely or face-to-face for internal staff. This may include any on boarding of new staff during their induction and orientation program.

Additionally, you will assist in the creation and maintenance of all e-learning, training artefacts including workbooks, facilitator’s and Quick Reference guides (QRG), Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) and training manuals providing maintenance and administration of the Learning Management System and all associated reporting and e-learning activities as required.

**The successful applicant will have**:

- a friendly and outgoing personality with a good sense of humour
- enthusiasm, adaptability and flexibility
- excellent communication skills, both with external customers and internal teams
- the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- a good working knowledge of the MS Office suite
- training background advantageous
- flexibility and availability to travel
- experience in software training, the dental or healthcare industry, or e-learning content authoring (Articulate 360) will be highly regarded, but not essential.
