**About the Role**:
The Product Manager’s purpose is to validate the viability of our client's products, and to ensure we deliver value that serves their customers while meeting the business needs. The Product Manager is both an enabler and an active contributor in the discovery and delivery work that our product teams undertake. You will be accountable for promoting the most impactful initiatives to help us & our customers to meet goals.

The PM is responsible for ensuring everyone is aligned around the product objectives by performing several essential functions:

- Understanding the problems our customers have
- Engaging with SME’s from across the organisation throughout the lifecycle of the product
- Collating insights from external & internal sources against product ideas
- Prioritising problems to solve that will have the largest impact for our clients and their customers
- Measuring success/failure against objectives and use the data as insights into future work
- Being accountable for focusing the product around the most important problems to solve for our customers
- Coordinating the start-to-finish product journey
- Facilitating & participating in product team activities, providing the “Why” & “What” needs to be done, leave the “How” to the
team
- Championing the product vision
- Maintaining the metrics, dashboards, and reporting that track our client's progress towards achieving their goals

**About you**

What will you need to be successful in this role?
- Professional experience in the Product Management space
- Proven ability to engage with engineers, designers, and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship
- Passion for understanding and considering the end-to-end customer journey
- Demonstrated ability to figure out solutions to hard problems with many constraints, using sound judgement to assess risks
- Ability to lay out arguments in a well-structured, data-informed, written narrative
- Ability to autonomously query and extract from the available data
- Curiosity towards different ways of solving problems
- Maturity to understand when a technical solution or an emerging trend can be relevant to the challenges at hand
- Firm beliefs held loosely in an open, collaborative mindset
