**Duties & Responsibilities include**:

- Be the first point of contact in assisting customers with their enquiries and processing orders with an excellent customer focused approach
- Manage and resolve customer issues and complaints
- Build, grow and maintain long term relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Put together and send quotes and follow up as required
- Work independently and in teams
- Ensure all relevant data is entered accurately and punctually
- General Administration

**Your Skills and Experience - Does this sound like you?**
- Previous experience working in a customer service or call centre environment or similar role will be beneficial but not essential
- Must have excellent communication (verbal and written) customer service, interpersonal and relationship building skills
- A good and polite manner when dealing with customers via multiple channels
- Positive, friendly and passionate personality
- Solid work ethic with a can-do and positive attitude
- Great problem solving, negotiation and organisational skills
- Works well independently and within a team environment
- Must be proactive, high attention to detail orientated coupled with strong time management/multi-tasking abilities
- Good computer skills - MS Word, & MS
- Experience using SAP and Salesforce would be highly desired but not essential
