As the Territory Manager, you will drive new business development, identify, and secure Davey product specifications with the existing dealer network, including end-user interface with a focus on pool builders. You will research and leverage your network to build relationships with new clients and continually grow a database across South Island.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Business development planning - you will champion unique selling propositions and differentiators by using knowledge of the product, market nd competitors
- Work collaboratively with the Marketing, Key Accounts, Product Specialists, & Category Managers
- Working with the company’s CRM to increase leads, accelerate sales, organize your contacts, and better serve your customers
- Provide valuable actionable feedback from clients on products and product development and work effectively to ensure flawless execution of projects and high levels of customer satisfaction.

**About you**
This role will suit a results-driven sales professional who is highly capable of building relationships through exceptional customer service. You will be a strong valued contributor who takes pride in their work ethic and have a positive effect on the team.
- Solid proven sales and account management experience including a track history of developing strong sales pipelines across commercial and retail clients.
- Experience in a similar industry is desirable.
- Experience/knowledge of tendering and proactively establishing strategic relationships.
- A proven track record of developing and implementing sales plans.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work autonomously with accurate data reporting
- Demonstrated commitment to quality, organised, self-motivated and self-driven
