**About the role**

We are recruiting for a permanent Theatre Inventory Clerk in our Northland team Reporting to the **Theatre Supply Chain Supervisor**, you will play a vital role delivering what our hospitals need to remain efficient and effective by actively working in partnership with the Theatre Unit to meet service delivery.

You will;
- Open and check all inwards goods items
- Receipt of items into computer system
- Dispatching of items as required
- Receiving/returning/checking/packing of loan instruments and implants.
- Ensure necessary equipment ready for use by surgeons
- Monitor designated nonstock items to ensure sufficient stock is available

at all times
- Liaise with Purchasing Officer to ensure that replacement stock is ordered in a timely manner
- Perform other tasks and duties related to the role as required

**About you**

To enable you to hit the ground running we are looking for someone who is adept and equipped with:

- 3 years high school education
- Ability to lift up-to 20kg
- inventory/ Supply Chain experience
- High level written and verbal communication
- Process driven and experience working in a process driven environment
- Proven ability for priority setting/time management
- Proven problem-solving ability
