**Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity**

As our Product Owner - RCP, you'll be the driving force behind the management of our Regional Clinical Portal (RCP) across the Te Manawa Taki region. Working closely with technical and clinical teams, you'll provide invaluable leadership and direction to ensure the development of the system aligns seamlessly with regional and national strategies.

You'll be guiding your development team, turning our shared regional and national values and aspirations into actionable roadmaps and regular releases while ensuring effective management of the product backlog. It's about more than just managing tasks - it's about fostering a collaborative atmosphere where everyone's voice is heard and creativity flourishes.

**Mōu | About you**

You're a master communicator who can break down complex concepts into easy-to-understand language. With your proven track record working on projects and programs in complex environments, along with your knowledge in Agile Framework, you lead your team through every stage of the product lifecycle with finesse.

You've got a solid grasp of data and digital technologies in healthcare, from electronic health records to system integration.

**Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako | Skills and experience**
- Minimum 3 years in a similar role as well as previous experience in large and complex Information Technology organisations with proven experience with projects and programmes in complex environments.
- knowledge of Agile Framework.
- Experience managing teams involved in the stages of product lifecycle.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies - previous experience in complex organisational projects and programmes of work with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomes.
- Has a solid understanding of data and digital technologies used in healthcare, such as electronic health records (EHR), health information exchange (HIE), telehealth, and data analytics.
- Has an understanding of system integration.
