Our culture is entrepreneurial in spirit, complex, challenging and ever changing.The OpportunityGallagher Security is looking for a customer-centric Product Management Lead to spearhead our transformation into the next generation of cloud-based security and inspire a team toward unparalleled success.This newly created role has been established to drive the strategic evolution of our product portfolio, ensuring long-term sustainable success in a rapidly evolving market, while empowering our teams to innovate and lead with purpose.This role provides the opportunity to:Craft the commercialisation approach aligned with our global vision, focusing on both customer needs and emerging technologies.Be at the heart of influencing and driving strategic outcomes, where your leadership transforms ideas into reality.Build strong, collaborative relationships across departments and with external partners, ensuring alignment from concept to commercialisation.Inspire and motivate a team of talented product owners and product managers, driving them toward high performance, and continuous development.The FitAs a senior member of the value stream, you will utilise every ounce of your extensive tech sector experience in product management and development. You will demonstrate a forward-thinking approach, and admirable resilience in the face of challenges and obstacles, with an eagerness to find solutions and embrace new ideas.You will also apply a sharp commercial mindset with the ability to optimise financial performance and strategically allocate resources.
