**The Opportunity**

We are **growing our testing capability **and are looking for a leader to join us as a Test Manager to lead our testing team and to ensure quality is delivered to an extensive client base. This role is ideal for someone who loves helping a team to **deliver quality in a fast paced** organisation.

We have great customers that depend on us to provide essential services. As a B2B software and service provider bringing complex, mission critical systems to a few large-scale clients in Australia and across the globe, we will only fulfill our global aspirations if we have the most talented leadership working with these clients to secure their business through the delivery and support of great technology.

**In this role you can expect to**:

- Lead the testing on large Programs of work for new implementations
- Ensure that the testing team provides high quality testing services to internal and external clients
- Manage Software Testing strategies and practices
- Contribute to P1 and P2 incident investigations and outcomes
- Manage test automation practices

**What you need to be successful**:

- A passion for people and a track record of nurturing and growing them to be the best they can be.
- You have a good understanding of the software implementation cycle, what needs to be tested and why behind it
- Experience in and ideas for influencing change and growth of test teams
- A relentless drive for continuous improvement in processes, others and yourself
- A track record of building strong relationships and inspiring people through words and actions
- An interest or experience with Billing and or CRM systems, even better combined with Utility industry experience
- A high level of written and verbal communication skills
- Critical thinking skills and an exceptional eye for detail
