Our client based in Te Rapa are looking for keen, reliable individuals to join the Extrusion Team. Manufacturing a variety of 4X4 accessories, it could be the perfect opportunity for a 4X4 Enthusiast.

Do you have experience with plastics / extrusion machinery / machine operation or manufacturing?

The role is in the Extrusion department where they specialize in thermoforming of large parts and plastics sheet extrusion as part of their steps in production of accessories.

As a member of the team, you will be responsible for setting and operating a range of extrusion machinery that produces a variety of sheet gauges, colours, and textures.

Hours are: ROTATING SHIFT (THREE WEEKLY CYCLE)

DAYSHIFT - 4:45am till 5:00pm

NIGHTSHIFT - 4:45pm till 5:00am

Days rostered are Monday to Thursday for two weeks with the third week being Monday to Wednesday overall it averaged to over 40 hours per week.

This could provide a great work / life balance

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Reliable and strong work ethic
- Manufacturing hands on experience is a plus
- Physically Fit and strong as Heavy lifting is required.
- Must have own reliable transport with minimum of restricted Drivers Licence
- Great communication skills.
- Ability to work Rotating shifts (Three-week cycle)
- A team player who is motivated to learn
- Strong Health & Safety understanding
- Attention to detail
- ability to identify quality issues and confidently find a solution to resolve it.
- Working rights to work in New Zealand
- Ability to pass all pre-employment requirements.
