**About Our Client**: Our client is on the lookout for an experienced Solicitor to join their thriving Orewa legal practice. With a rich history spanning over a quarter of a century, their firm has been providing top-notch legal services to the Hibiscus Coast Community and beyond. They pride themselves on their highly skilled, down-to-earth, and collaborative team, comprising 8 lawyers, 6 legal executives, and dedicated support staff, including 4 legal secretaries.
- **General Practice Experience**: Preferably 3+ years PQE in general practice.
- **Relationship Property Work**: While not essential, particular experience in relationship property work, including drafting and negotiation of contracting out and separation agreements, would be beneficial.
- **Diverse Legal Expertise**: Proficiency in the following New Zealand general practice areas is ideal:

- Wills, Trusts, and Enduring Powers of Attorney
- Complex residential and commercial conveyancing, and subdivision processes
- Commercial leasing
- General commercial experience, including the sale and purchase of businesses, preparation of shareholder agreements, and general commercial contract review and advice.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- NZ Law Practicing Certificate.
- Strong work ethic and ability to manage own files.
- Flexibility and willingness to mentor junior team members when required.
