**What will you be doing?**

In this exciting, 12-month fixed-term contract, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence across our P&C Ops team.

Working closely with our P&C System Analyst and Ops Team Lead, you'll identify gaps, develop recommendations, and implement solutions that enable our team of P&C Advisors to provide better support to Tower's New Zealand and Pacific employees and managers, while simultaneously establishing the appropriate governance and oversight of our operations.

Additionally, you'll initially be responsible for oversight of our New Zealand payroll and, working with our P&C Data Analyst, of our P&C reporting and insights.

You can expect to be across the following:

- Manage the P&C Ops team's programme of continuous improvement.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and projects from requirement gathering and solution design to implementation, training, and change management.
- Develop and implement process and transaction governance mechanisms.
- Support management of escalations across the P&C Ops team.
- Oversee New Zealand Payroll processing and reconciliation.
- Oversee and support development of P&C insights for senior leaders and executives.
- Assist with other P&C projects where needed

**What you'll need**

You'll be self-motivated with a keen interest in the work the team undertakes. You'll be able to prioritise and juggle a high workload to meet deadlines.

**To be successful in this role, you will also be able to demonstrate the following**:

- Demonstrated business analyst experience with P&C systems, operations, and data.
- Managing projects and stakeholders to the desired outcomes / benefits
- Management and prioritization of programme of work with key stakeholders
- Strong business analysis and process design capabilities
- Strong understanding of P&C system, operations, and data best practices
- Experience implementing and managing change
