Auckland Transport (AT) is playing an integral role in helping Tāmaki Makaurau tackle key issues around road safety, congestion, supporting housing growth and reducing climate emissions. Our plan is to keep Auckland moving We plan and fund public transport (bus, train and ferry), promote and initiate alternative ways to get around the city, operate and maintain the local road network, and manage parking and traffic systems. We are responsible for over $21 billion of assets.

This is a new role to further support the continued development and growth of our people We're seeking a Senior Learning Experience Designer to be an integral part of the team as we design, develop, implement and evaluate modern and innovative learning experiences for all our people at Auckland Transport. We're looking to provide opportunities to increase capability and drive performance across the organisation with solutions that engage everyone, whether online, digital or instructor-led approaches.

**Ko koe tēnei | About you**

As a senior member of the great team, you'll be responsible for learning design and development, including developing strategic and leadership learning programmes. We'll be expecting you to be across best in class learning solutions, to be able to work collaboratively with key stakeholders and the wider team, manage project timelines and ensure quality products are developed.

We're looking for someone who is tertiary qualified in learning and development or adult education, with experience in designing and implementing blended learning solutions. In addition, you will bring the following:

- Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering solutions and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Detailed knowledge and experience with Adobe creative suite, Articulate or similar system
- Ability to seamlessly move between e-learning, other digital solutions and instructor-led programmes
- Ability to navigate cross functional relationships and matrix structures quickly and efficiently
- Sound knowledge of training delivery and design processes and standards
- Knowledge of current theory and best practice models in learning and development
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills, including report writing, presentation, and facilitation
- Strong interpersonal and cross-functional teamwork skills
