**About the Role**

To deliver a 5 Star Front of House services across the Vodafone Valet Service at Vodafone InnoV8 Auckland in line with agreed quality and service goals.

This role is required to consistently deliver a professional seamless service to both external and internal clients alike in accordance with Canon Business Services (CBS) & Vodafone policies and procedures.

The Valet Service attendant role is the key to delivering a superior client experience. This role requires a talented, client focused and service orientated person, who consistently delivers outstanding levels of customer service.

The ability to oversee and supervise team members will be crucial to the success of this position.

**Main Duties**
- Drive customer experience across the Vodafone Valet Service at all times
- Respond to customer needs promptly, accurately and efficiently within agreed timeframes
- Identify and clarify customer priorities and ensure needs are met
- Utilise the carpark function in Vodafone’s Facilities helpdesk known as Vlife during core business hours of 7:30am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
- Ensure all cars are scanned into V-Life upon arrival
- Retrieval and handover of vehicles within 15minute timeframe
- Collection and secure parking of any staff vehicle scheduled to park overnight once notified via V-Life
- Deliver any keys not collected prior to 5pm to level 2 NOC area and inform the driver of the new collection point.
- Ensure all car park lists are kept current and up to date
- Provide the relevant instructions to all new starters
- Assist with Functions and Event parking as required
- At times, other duties may be required, and these will be carried out as agreed by the Client Site Manager
- Notify Client Site Manager of staff absences and sick leave as soon as possible
- Focus on continuous Improvement
- Ensure the security of all vehicles at all times
- Report any incident that has occurred within 24hrs
- Adhere to the Company's Policies and Business rules, ensuring any issue which may affect the delivery of our services are recorded and investigated
- Ensure all appropriate paperwork is being completed correctly, on a daily basis
- Comply with OHS policy to ensure a safe workplace, participate in workplace safety audits, and encourage team members to participate in Canon's consultation arrangements and to raise any health, safety and environment risks, issue or incidents in the workplace

**Key Requirements**
- Valet Service Experience or other service related roles
- Essential - Minimum of 3 year’s experience in the Hospitality sector/ and or Corporate Hospitality environment.
- Full Drivers Licence, clean history
- Proven experience in working as part of a team
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel & Word skills, experience in booking software
