Valet Supervisor

**About the role**
We are looking for a full-time
**Valet Supervisor** for our Auckland Airport branch. This is a dual-purpose role which consists of leading professional drivers and car groomers to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. No two days are the same The role is full of variety, including a customer focused service delivery guru, to a quality assurance superstar.

**The successful incumbent will be responsible for the following**:

- Safeguard Air NZ most valued clients and their vehicles with the utmost care and respect.
- Manage drivers and car groomers to relocate the car safely and ensure quality car grooming.
- Strive to keep your work environment safe.

**About you**
You will be a hands-on decisive leader who demonstrates excellent leadership skills and is not afraid to get your hands dirty to meet scheduled deadlines. You can multi-task and solve problems, in a fast-paced environment and are solutions driven while remaining calm and professional. You value teamwork and relationship building and actively drive this within your teams. Your attention to detail and motivation to deliver grooms to a high standard shows your commitment to quality assurance. Managing your time effectively and efficiently is a strong attribute for this position as well as being able to work under pressure in a fast-paced highly demanding environment.
