**About the roles**:
This is an exceptional opportunity to join a newly established team within our People and Culture Group. The Future Workforce team leads ACC’s exploration of the opportunities presented by the workforce of the future. Some of the functions within this area are:

- Deep dive into work composition and technology
- Understanding people trends and the future impacts
- Flexible role design and value of work
- Enterprise design of how we work to deliver on our strategy

We are looking for four Principal Advisors to join this team in the following roles:
**Principal Advisor (Future of Work)**

This position is focused on looking at the design of our workforce to ensure ACC are well placed to meet future trends of working. This includes developing strategic oversight of future work trends, creating and testing hypotheses on operating models, engagement strategies and future remuneration and recognition models.

**Principal Advisor (People Data Science)**

You will be responsible for designing the data architecture required for our future work model. This will include defining what data inputs are required to understand current performance, incorporate future workforce predictions into data modelling. This role will require an understanding of Power BI or a similar data visualisation software and an in-depth understanding of the architecture of data science.

**Principal Advisor (Digital Innovation)**

You will be focused on designing our future digital offering through analysing current technology trends and how we might leverage technology and research for workforce innovation to ensure ACC maintain currency with rapidly evolving technology disruption in work design.

**Principal Advisor (Work Design)**

The focus of this position will be how we design the way we work - on how we implement systems, processes and frameworks with a future state lens into our current organisational design, to ensure we are fit for the future.

All four positions will need to work closely together to ensure the human dimensions of our future workforce are our primary consideration of what we work towards and how we work together to shape ACC.

This role can be based at one of our centres across the country.

You will have:

- The ability to think at a systems level and solve complex problems
- Experience with pilot design and success measures
- A collaborative approach to your work
- Excellent written communication
- Confident facilitation skills, able to run workshops, focus groups and development cohorts
- A good research background - using qualitative and quantitative data to inform your decisions
- An ability to build strong connections with others and lean into challenging conversations
- Exceptional communication skills to engage with others and prepare fit for purpose strategies.

**Working at ACC**:
The base salary range for this role is $134,001 to $189,178 with starting salary depending on skills and experience of the successful applicant. ACC also offers additional 9% superannuation.
