**The Role**

Based in Mt Maunganui, you will be responsible for supporting staff to maximise sales and profits, through effective customer service and efficient management of branch resources. You will be representing some of the best and most iconic brands and products available to the New Zealand transport industry.

This role will fit you well if you have significant related industry experience, a passion for people & building their capability, and the energy to build on the excellent reputation of the branch.

**Your responsibilities**
- Provide guidance and training
- Assist the Branch Manager in administrative tasks such as credits, warranty, and invoice reconciliation.
- Ensuring first rate customer service is provided at all times
