Office Manager

**Enliven Older People Services is looking for an Office Manager to lead a small team of 5 office staff and ensure all aspects of the administrative processes are completed in a timely manner.**
You will develop a thorough understanding of the systems and be able to coordinate staff and recourses to enable effective and efficient processes.
**You will**:
- Leadership skills
- Create a healthy work environment that encourages growth.
- Ensure all aspects of the administration processes are completed in a timely manner.
- Always ensure smooth running and cover for the call centre.
- Maintain a warm and welcoming approach in the office.
- Be responsible.
- Willing to learn.
- Be flexible to step in and cover team members when needed.
- Ensure databases are kept up to date and reports are completed on time.
**To be successful you will need to**:
- Have a service-orientated approach
- Be a natural leader with humility and warmth.
- Have well-developed communication skills
- Able to work effectively and efficiently within a team environment.
- Be comfortable with change and ready to learn.
- Have excellent IT and administrative skills and knowledge of payroll and rostering.
- Understand Maori protocols and practices.
- Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and work to deadlines.
- Ideally hold a Business qualification
