Alongside one of New Zealand's best Chefs, you will learn, develop, and help create new menus daily.. they are looking for a Junior Chef to fit in with this small tight team, so JUMP right in and let your creativity flow.

You will have the ability to listen and learn latest food trends, while having the ability to handle pressure and adapt to change. This is an opportunity for you to show your skills and cuisine knowledge to New Zealand.

This property adheres to the ‘Estate to Plate’ dining philosophy - all of course matched with New Zealand and the world’s best wines. Using locally sourced farm and garden reared produce, guests are assured of exceptional and adventurous dining (this will be your greatest opportunity to get as creative as you can be)
