**Title**: Head of E-Commerce & Growth

**Reports to**: Chief Marketing Officer

**Summary**:
**Duties**:

- Develop and execute the e-commerce and growth strategy for the company, overseeing a team of two to do so
- Collaborate with the product, design and development teams to ensure online channels are easy to use, engaging and optimised for customer acquisition and revenue generation
- Partner with web, UX and development teams on key projects and the maintenance of the company's e-commerce platforms inline with marketing and company strategy
- Monitor, analyze and react to key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and grow the success of the e-commerce channel
- Stay up-to-date on e-commerce trends and best practices and incorporate them into the company's strategy
- Manage and develop a team of e-commerce professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to support their growth and success.

**Essential Skills**
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, with a proven track record of success in managing and growing online sales channels
- Strong experience in website design and development, digital marketing, customer experience, and sales funnels
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally to achieve business objectives
- Experience with web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics
- Desired: experience as a DJ or Producer.
