**Mō te tūnga | About the role**

In this role you will be working extensively on the internal Knowledge Base (turanga matauranga). Our internal Knowledge Base (turanga matauranga) is for the people within our DHB to complete HR tasks and locate information to taoutoko (support) them in their roles. As part of this role, you will be responsible for growing the knowledge base and contributing to creating a positive behaviour change within the CDHB. In addition, you would be involved in looking at ongoing maintenance of this knowledge base.

Some key responsibilities for this role are:

- Liaising and identifying consumer groups
- Update the knowledge base content with key stakeholders to meet, user experience design, digital accessibility and best practice content design principles
- Identifying improvement areas and gaps
- Implement a system, process and procedures in relation to the turanga matauranga (knowledge base)
- Identifying sustainable and scalable resourcing for day to day management of the turanga matauranga (knowledge base)
**Ko wai koe | About You**

You will be working within our Learning Design kapa in this newly created role. You will have experience in developing best practice knowledge bases using key design principles. An experienced person in managing key stakeholders to build others capability in the ongoing maintenance of the knowledge base. This role would suit someone who is innovative, focused on process improvement, is detailed orientated and has a customer centric approach. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to make a difference, work in a changing environment and is able to be flexible and adaptable.
**Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako | Skills and experience**

Your skills will include:

- Experience in User Experience Design (UX), specifically in knowledge base development
- Change Management skills, particularly in changing behaviour through a self-service approach
- Knowledge and experience using knowledge base technology (service now) and content development tools (vimeo, powtoons, premier pro)
- Communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
- Organisational and time management skills to meet tight deadlines
- A background in Website design, Learning Design or Project Management experience would be advantageous
- An understanding of digital accessibility is desirable
