**The opportunity**

In collaboration with a team of Marketing, Communication, Brand and Design Specialists, this exciting role will help amplify our brand, creating impactful communication to inspire, engage and excite our internal and external audiences. A focus will be helping the team represent the voice, and articulate the messages, of the executive leadership team. Actively partnering with senior leaders, you will explore and draw out their stories, ideas and strategic vision. Distilling key themes, opportunities and messages, the clarity you then share with your team will enable creation of tangible and meaningful content, selecting the best channels and platform to inform, educate, celebrate success and elevate the profile of Beca and its leaders.

Within a renewed Marcomms leadership team, there’s scope to shape the position, building on the positive vibe and momentum arising from team collaboration, where everyone has a voice and ideas are embraced. Success will be through team participation and contribution - as a guide, a mentor, a translator of complexity, sharing your writing expertise, while also being a ‘doer’. Knowledge of and commitment to themes including Te ao Māori, Pasifika, Sustainability, Social Procurement, Diversity and Inclusion will align with strategic opportunities and areas of focus for our teams across the business.
