**The Company**

My client is an international leader in the Freight forwarding and logistics industry operating for over 30 years, providing freight as well as effective warehousing solutions which result in full visibility and control for their customers. **The Role**

This is a sole charge position where you will have full responsibilities of the billing process, you will work closely with the warehousing team, the finance team and report to the Tactical Manager. Your responsibilities will include:

- Generate invoices for each stage of the process, taking into account different rates, and organise warehouse system data in Excel for manipulation and organisation.
- Consolidate all billing information into a single invoice, ensuring accuracy, and provide support documentation upon customer request.
- Extract and manipulate data from the warehouse system using Excel, generate key performance indicator (KPI) reports by utilizing relevant data.
- Respond to customer queries regarding invoices, documentation, and general inquiries, delivering high-quality customer service and promptly resolving any issues that arise.
