Are you a team player who has experience with Accounts Receivable and a willingness to learn?

We are looking for an Accounts Administrator, with experience in Accounts Receivable in a medium-large sized organisation to join our small Finance team, based in central Merivale.

This is a permanent full-time position, working Monday - Friday within business hours.

Te Mahi/About the Position

Working across multiple programmes, the core aspects of this role include:

- Responsible for Accounts Receivable in the accounting team
- Capture accurate revenue for reporting in the organisations management and financial reports
- Manage our donations database and financial records.
- Manage and maintain our Aged Residential Care accounting system including invoicing all levels of care to Government agencies and clients
- Create and review monthly AR aging reports, ensuring all overdue invoices are followed up on as per Nurse Maude policy
- Maintain bank reconciliations
- Accurately learn and efficiently navigate our key systems: Raisers Edge, V-Care, Business Central, Microsoft office
- Work closely with the accountant to ensure accurate process flows

He momo/About you

To be successful in this role, you will have
- At least three years' experience with Accounts Receivable
- Experience working across multiple systems, in a medium-large organisation
- Good communication skills
- Proficient data entry skills
- A keen eye for detail and strong numeracy skills
- Proven critical thinking skills
- Intermediate or above competence in excel
- Flexibility to work within a team and as an individual
