Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role
As our Senior Analyst, Registration Authority (SARA) you will be the Registration Authority (RA) technical lead for Toitū Te Whenua. This position plays a critical role in overseeing, managing and improving processes in relation to Access and Authentication of our Property Rights system. These processes are designed to enhance and maintain the quality, integrity and security of information held in Landonline; and safeguard Toitū Te whenua from non-repudiation.
- Collaborating with key stakeholders and staff to maintain effective Governance, ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement
- Identifying and reporting on risks, breaches and trends and implementing resolutions or escalation activities
- Leading and developing on-going staff and customer relationships, education and awareness
- Prioritising workloads and working autonomously to manage deadlines and RA related projects; can manage own workload to align with needs of the business and customer
- Delivering excellent results in an efficient and effective manner
- On-going interactions presenting key analysis and findings to stakeholders at regular meetings and at external seminars
He pūkenga tou - Skills & Experience
- Previous experience working in the Registration Authority space
- Understanding of current Registration Authority procedures, the Landonline Terms and Conditions and the Toitū Te Whenua /Entrust Agreement
- Experience in writing business reports and providing recommendations based on quantitative and qualitative analysis
- Proven decision-making skills which balance customer needs with contractual, legislative and business requirements
- Experience in building effective relationships with internal and external customers, using strong interpersonal skills
**The annual salary range for this role is**: $71,339 - $96,517
