NZCL are looking for energetic and motivated staff to support people in our Residential Support Services.

We are looking for permanent full-time Team Leaders to work alongside Kiritaki in our Residential Support Services in Christchurch.

We are looking for 3 experienced Team Leaders. As a Team Leader you will coach and lead a team to provide support for 3 individuals living in their own homes. You will:

- Support the people to access the community and enjoy experiences that they choose.
- Observe and respond to health concerns or support the overall health and wellbeing of the person.
- Coach and guide a team to ensure there is a consistent approach to the support delivered.
- Be part of a multi-disciplinary team to ensure that people have support that is appropriate and enables them to live their best lives.
- Embed Enabling Good Lives principles into the support provided.

- Previous experience working with people with disabilities and an ability to cherish and nurture differences.
- An understanding that we are not here to change people but are here to support them to be who they are.
- Creative 'out of the box' thinking and a team player.
- A full NZ Driver License and ability to transport passengers confidently and safely in our disability vans.
