We currently have a permanent vacancy for an enthusiastic and motivated Registered Health Professional/Case Manager to join our Community Adult Drug and Alcohol Team. You will work with the team to assess, plan and deliver treatment to clients with substance-use issues. The service operates Monday to Friday during office hours.

This is a case management role for our secondary addiction service, but there is an option to do some intake/triage work as part of the role.

We are part of the Adult Mental Health Services based in Tauranga city in the beautiful Bay of Plenty. Our Alcohol and Other Drug service is a multidisciplinary team of Nursing, Allied Health, Psychology, Psychiatry, Administrative Support and Leadership staff. Though based at Tauranga Hospital, we offer our services across the Bay of Plenty in a variety of settings, including at satellite services and in the client's home. We have a learning and supportive culture within the team, which leads to opportunities for growth and empowerment for individual staff members and the service.

We currently have vacancies in the secondary addiction service based in both Eastern and Western Bay of Plenty therefore we role has flexibility in where the role is based - either in Tauranga or Whakatāne.

**He Kōrero mōu - About You**

An ability to work well within a multidisciplinary team is essential for this role, as are excellent assessment, risk management and interpersonal / communication skills.
