This role fundamentally involves supporting the Fire and Emergency Board, the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), and supporting the Board and Ministerial Services team. Reporting to the National Manager Board and Minister Services, you'll be responsible for a range of different tasks including coordination of Board and ELT meetings (no minute taking required), organising events, coordinating material to support Board member's attendance at events, financial administration, and general administrative duties.This is a key role in supporting Fire and Emergency's governance system to operate and in supporting our responsible Minister.The salary range for this role is $61,117 - $67,908 depending on your skills and experience.The preference is that the applicant is Wellington based and this is a full-time position.
