**Your Role and Responsibilities**
- BAU z/OS / Mainframe technical support, including standard change and incident participation;
- Facilitating software loads using SMPE;
- RACF Security on z/OS;
- Working with z/OS UNIX System Services;
- Working with zFS management;
- Supporting the senior z/OS technical specialist with automated environment and workload swap activities;
- Assisting with supporting Production Delivery (basic script assistance), as required;
- Security certification management;
- Providing assistance for support of GDPS;

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- z/OS Technical Support experience minimum 3 years
- z/OS - RACF experience - z/OS Unix Systems Service skills
- zFS Management exposure - SMPE experience (used to load software)
- Experience with support of high impact / high severity environments, for clients with large scale global operations.
- Sound operational BAU experience including understanding of standard change, incident management practices (ServiceNow exposure a plus).
- Great client delivery focus
- Highly adaptable, flexible, dedicated and a great team player, who can work calmly and in a positive way, as a member of a strong team, under stress when required.
- Detail oriented.
- Highly intelligent, our environment is one of the most complex and sophisticated globally and includes some world leading automation and technology.
- Excellent problem resolution skills.
- Excellent English written/spoken.

**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience**
- Sysplex exposure of any type
- Certificate Management
- z/OS KeyRing skills
- REXX Language skills (basic skill level upwards)
- Java Language skills (not essential)
- GDPS Training (not essential)

**Required Education**

Technical Diploma
