Unique opportunity to join the Production Services Team which offer production and post-production services, and creative services to partners within TVNZ and to a variety of customers in the external market.

**The opportunity - Te tūranga**

We are looking for an energetic customer service star who would like to join TVNZ's Production Services team as a Production Coordinator. We provide a range of kit, facilities and expert operators to help produce outstanding content for TVNZ and our external partners.

The team objective is to be customer focused, commercially orientated, and flexible enough to deal with new opportunities and provide an excellent service to existing and returning partners and customers.

Cover is required regularly from 7am to 7pm Monday to Friday, and at other times as special circumstances demand.

You will responsible for:

- Book appropriate kit and operational staff in ScheduAll as per the requirements of individual projects. Make bookings as per client schedules, on request by Team Leader and Operations Manager. Amend existing bookings as required
- Publish rosters for operational teams
- Act as point of contact for customer enquiries, escalating to Team Leader or Operations Manager where appropriate
- Make changes to bookings on request from clients, Team Leader or Operations Manager, update rosters and follow up with operational staff. During the course of a project liaise where appropriate with the customer, the Team Leader, Operations Manager, operational staff and freelancers/suppliers

This role is to provide the best service and solutions to all our customers. Flexibility, quick thinking, and commercial awareness are key to the success of Production Services.

**What we're looking for - Tā mātou e kimi nei**

You will be adept at handling a range of client requests with tight deadlines and often under pressure. You'll be keen to play a role supporting our creative and production teams achieve the best outcomes. You will need to manage expectations carefully, prioritise work requests and use and plan your time efficiently. Keyboard skills are required as data entry is a good portion of the role, but you will also run reports, utilise research tools and prepare presentations when required. You will provide excellent support to the Production Services team and will help the department to meet our targets.

Attention to detail and the willingness to work as a part of a team are vital. If you like busy then this is definitely the role for you.

Some industry experience is desirable but by no means essential. If you are driven by working hard, providing all customers with outstanding service and in doing so, creating and managing strong relationships, then this is the role for you. This is at the heart of TVNZ.
