**About the Role**:
Assist this specialised team with administrative duties focusing on product management, marketing, advertising, and more

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assisting the team with administration, collating orders, reporting, newsletters, price changes, and any other ad hoc administrative tasks
- Be the point of contact for suppliers to gather supplier information regarding products
- Manage and update sale material accordingly, including assistance with advertising and advertising campaigns
- Coordination of all administrative support for the team, including ensuring deadlines are met and policies and procedures are followed
- Document editing, filing, and upkeep
- Liaise with stores on behalf of the team
- Monthly reporting as required

**About You**:

- An interest in interior design and fashion trends is a must
- Experience in Administration in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office
- Strong experience with social media
- The ability to work proactively and independently
