**Gear Street Union is an awesome new venue located in the heart of Petone - and we are looking to add some talented Front of House to the team**

We dish up banging brunches through to yummy dinners and drinks - all day every day Gear Street Union is not your typical venue. In addition to a funky bar and fabulous cafe/restaurant, our retro fit out includes our own coffee roastery, a Gorilla Burger store and a barbershop - ALL on site You’ll help us create a great team vibe with a sense of kindness and look after each other each day. Your eye for detail and organisational skills will ensure every customer's journey from start to finish is effortless.

- Have a experience working in a fast-paced, busy hospitality venue
- Have the ability to work a combination of morning, lunch and evening shifts during the weekdays and weekends
- Have a passion and desire to surprise and delight everyone that walks into the venue
- Understand the difference between “customer service” and creating a fantastic “customer experience” - creating the feeling of manaakitanga in the venue, with customers and with your team
- Are energetic and enthusiastic with great communication skills
- Are able to shift gears as required and be able to relax and roll with change & pressure
- Are going to be a team player with the ability to build great relationships with customers and team members
