**Remuneration: 65k-70k per annum**

**Due to an internal promotion (yay), we are looking for a Front of House Manager to lead the team at The Campus**

The Campus is Kāpura's catering site, located in Trentham within the NZCIS facilities and is focused on feeding all clients on site, from sports teams to Government departments, all who use the accommodation and training facilities run by NZCIS. You'll be working to help create a homely feel to the dining experience by working with clients to suit their catering needs - from cooked breakfasts and packed lunches to feeding 300 people in a dinner service.

The Front of House Manager is responsible for managing every aspect of the day to day performance of The Campus, ensuring great experiences for our clients and employees. You’re the face of the company and every interaction with our customers must aim to exceed their expectations. That is being positive, knowledgeable, friendly and observant in your delivery of service.

You will assist the Contracts Area Manager to ensure venues business and operating plans are completed and executed. This will include roster and payroll management, daily figures, stock control, recruitment, performance management, budgeting and financial control. You will work alongside the Kitchen Manager to ensure all menus, prep sheets and catering sheets are up to date and communicated.
- Have previous experience in a senior hospitality management role
- Have a great smile and a can-do attitude
- Be personally organised and able to drive for time frames
- Be results oriented with focus on achievement of key priorities
- Be able to work effectively with others - you will be working closely with the Kitchen Manager in this role
- Understand the numbers and have sound cost control and revenue generating ability
- Be a committed, motivating leader who is keen to develop their team
- You are keen on being part of Kāpura, and are looking to work and grow with us
